Ingredients
For 2 person
- 2 salsiccia sausages (or other italian)
- 4 medium/large mushrooms
- onions
- 200ml white dry wine
- pasta (100g) or gnocchi (250g)
- 30g butter
- parmesan
- salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta or gnocchi
- reserve 100g of cooking water
- cut mushrooms (medium thick)
- cut onion (opposite of half circle)
- cut sausages into circles and then in half
In a large pan
- add some oil
- fry sausages to release fat
- remove sausages
- add onions and cook for 5-10 mins
- add mushrooms and cook for 5 mins
- add sausages and mix
- add white wine and cooking water and let it reduce
- add pasta or gnocchi and mix
- add parmesan on top before serving
