Ingredients
- 250g shrimps
- 200g spaghetti
- 300-400g asparagus
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper
- parmesan
Instructions
- boil pasta, reserve half a cup of pasta water
- prep. asparagus (wash & remove woody part)
- saute asparagus on olive oil
- after 2 mins add garlic
- remove asparagus from pan
- put olive oil and shrimps
- fry for 2 mins each side
- return asparagus and add pasta water
- simmer to reduce
- add cheese
- add pasta
